QWK Studio Returns & Refunds Policy Last Updated: January 2026

Due to the custom, print-on-demand, and personalized nature of our clothing products (including those linked to NFTs), we have a strict returns policy to align with industry standards for such items.

General Policy All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected (we recommend checking size charts carefully)

  • Personal preference or fit issues

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Any non-quality-related reasons

This policy is clearly stated here and during checkout to ensure transparency.

Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Items We stand behind our product quality. You may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion) only in these cases:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., poor/bad printing, faded ink, stitching issues).

  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, color, or size due to our error).

  • Item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, stained during production/shipping).

Claim Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@qwkstudio.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and description.

  2. We will review and respond (typically within 1-3 business days).

  3. If approved:

    • We may provide a free replacement (most common for defects).

    • Or a refund (original payment method).

    • Return shipping is your responsibility unless we confirm our fault (in which case we cover it).

  4. Digital/NFT components are non-refundable once transferred or minted.

No Refunds for Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our proven error.
